What happens after I purchase a plan?
Once payment is received , you will be sent a questionnaire from steve[@]fitnesspoynters.com to obtain more information and from that point we will proceed in making your fitness goals a reality!
After your plan is completed and sent, I will answer any and all emails associated with your purchase. Please allow 2-3 days for your plan to be completed and sent to you via email. Check out my schedule to get an idea of when your questionnaire will be sent and when your plan is ready.

Do you accept Credit Cards? What other form of Payment?
I do not personally take credit cards, but if you click pay with the paypal button, you will be redirected to paypal and when you are there, you have the option of paying with a credit card. I also accept Money Orders, Money Grams and Travelers and Cashiers Checks: No personal Checks.

Are the workouts tailored for me personally?
Yes, they are based on your overall goals. I cannot say one or more people may not have the same meal plan as you, but everything is based on Body Stats , height, weight, age, previous eating habits, workout routines etc.

How long can I use this Workout and / or Meal Plan?
All meal plans can be ran for any amount of time you wish to use them. The workouts need to be changed at a maximum of 12 weeks after you start, this is to keep your body in shock and not allowing it to adapt to a certain workout.

What plan is for me? Extreme Fat Destruction or Psychotic?
If you are looking to gain lean mass or if you are looking to get in the gym and get out quick, I would suggest the Extreme Fat Destruction: It will bring you great results as will any of my plans.
The Psychotic workout is a hardcore workout that will have you in the gym anywhere from 4 - 6 days per week. This is my all out best fat burning workout , this workout changes every 2 weeks to keep your body in constant shock, causing greater changes. The meal plans will be the same with either plan you choose.

When will I see changes?
Change depends on your dedication to what is laid out for you, if you follow the plan to a âTâ, change can start happening within the 1st 7 days.

Are supplements required for me to see maximum results?
The only supplement I suggest you to get is a protein and that protein is Optimum Nitro Core 24 and you can order it right here on my site.

What If I am a Vegetarian or Vegan?
I will do Vegetarian meal plans, even if you do not eat eggs. If you are Vegan, I am sorry but I do not have the knowledge to create a vegan meal plan.

What if I have a Home Gym?
I can send you a workout if you have a home gym, but you must have a variety of equipment before I can do so. If you have a set of dumbbells or cardio equipment only, this is when I cannot create a workout for you. Remember, I send hardcore workouts and you need variety to get the job done.
If you have the available equipment, you may not have everything I require, so you would need to email me for alternate moves.
