How would you like to eat chocolate on a daily basis?
I have been doing so, for about 5 weeks now, and it has already made a huge difference in daily living!
I take these chocolates 3 times per day, I use the power bar before meal one, which is also my pre workout meal. My workouts have intensified the mental focus has improved dramatically .
I take my other 2 bars during the day at about every 4 hours and each one is prior to a meal. I do this because I have found taking it in prior to a meal, it will assist in curbing your appetite.
I really love the fact of how much more energetic I have become, as you can see, I am quite lean in body mass, I remain this way from running low carbs throughout the day.
This chocolate has given me that extra energy I have been lacking from the low carb intake!
I go back to my workouts, this is really important to me as like I stated, it has improved mental focus and given energy, but it has also allowed me to have a greater recovery time during and after training.
I do not know from personal experience but I have witnessed testimonials that this product has helped lower cholesterol, blood pressure and has helped others with cramps and joint problems..
