Interview with Heather Zanola

01

What made you decide to make a change in your life that related to health and fitness?

I had a major car accident, gained alot of weight and wasn’t happy with my body at all. I had a hard time bending over to tie my running shoes, I would always buy “large” size clothing, and had a difficult time just moving around doing day-to-day activities. I wanted to get in better shape, needed to apply myself to learn how to do it and needed to get to know people who could help me.

02

What were the reasonings behind joining Fitnesspoynters.com?

The Fitnesspoynters website promised a total transformation, and they had pictures to prove the programs success. I began talking with Steve Poynter and he told me to just trust him even when I had doubt the program would work for me. Fitnesspoynters showed results, supported the lifestyle I was looking for, and supported me in providing the diet tips and workout regiment to obtain it!

03

What were some of the first changes you began to see in your transformation?

After the first week, all of my co-workers, friends and family began asking me what it was I was doing different. They know I had been working out but something was different. People began to see my face and body leaning up and transforming. All people told me was, “Whatever you’re doing, keep it up. You look great!” All of my clothing had to be replaced, including belts, pants, shirts, bras, and underwear. The body was transforming right before my very eyes. My gym clothes began to show bagginess in the mid-section which I always had a roll to fill the shirts with. My stomach rolls began disappearing. I also felt an insane surge of energy that I hadn’t had before. It is great!!

04

How long did it take for you to start noticing results?

Within one week, all of the people I know noticed the results. I had friends and family tell me I look the best I have in my life. Within one week, I had to buy new belts, pants and shirts.

05

What was the most challenging part of the Transformation?

Acclamating to the diet. Nobody wants to change the food they eat or the frequency of eating, but if you want the results of the Transformation, the diet is 85%. The diet is one of the most important elements in the Transformation.

06

How long did it take you to reach your current weight after starting the program from fitnesspoynters.com?

It took me about 8 weeks and the weight wasn’t that important to me, it was was how I began looking that made the difference. I still weigh 148, but I am one lean muscular built woman. I am shredding body fat and building lean muscle, not trying to become “skinny”.

07

How are you maintaining your fit status after completing the program?

I am continuing to eat the way his program has taught me to eat, as well as continuing to workout according to the Fitnesspoynters program, prescribed to me. At a minimum, I workout six days a week doing abs, weights and cardio.

08

How do the changes you have made affect your life today?

The changes I’ve made in my life affect everything that I do. I am constantly giving others inspiration to change themselves if they desire. I give others hope that a body transformation can be done, at any age!

09

How would you rate your overall experience with Fitnesspoynters.com?

My overall experience with Fitnesspoynters has been excellent from the beginning, during and after completion. At the beginning of the program, I had alot of questions and Steve Poynter was patient and answered them for me. I admit, I had doubt and fear but he re-assured me it would all work out; just do the work and eat the way the program is outlined. During the program, if I had questions Steve would asnwer them and continue to encourage my progress. Throughout the program, I began to meet new people first joining as well as those that had been in the program. These people helped encourage me along the way, and I began to encourage others with my insight and experience. After I completed the program, the greatest thing I’ve experienced is I have access to an entire team of people striving toward the same goals as me. I can reach them at anytime to just talk about fitness, my struggles, my goals, what works well and what doesn’t work well and my successes! Most importantly, I have an trainer who is knowledgeable about fitness and is willing to help me no matter what. I am able to now inspire others wanting the same thing as myself when I first started the program.
